This means that the Shahi Lychee tree cannot grow anywhere else but in North Bihar. These flowers bloom only once a year making this honey extremely special and unique. This mono floral spring honey tastes distinctive and delicious. It has a sweet mellow taste and a lovely fragrance.

Our Indian Summer Natural, Raw unheated Shahi Lychee Honey is not at all pasteurised. - HOW TO USE & STORE: Store this Indian Summer Natural, Raw unheated Shahi Lychee Honey at room temperature in a dry place. Do not refrigerate it. Keep lid secured firmly after opening. It can be eaten or spread on buttered toast and can be mixed with milk or cereals.
