Wadi is an essential part of every Indian meal through-out the country. We use organic ingredients to prepare our products. These are 100% authentic, handmade, hygienic and has no artificial preservatives. PNT brings you a variety of 3 different wadi flavors: spicy kali mirch, medium kali mirch and special moong dal. Made with organic ingredients, these wadiya add an amazing taste when prepared as sabji. Recipe: Heat oil in a pressure cooker Break the wadis, put into the cooker & saute Cut the potatoes into thick fingers Chop onions & ginger finely and put into the cooker Saute for 2-3 minutes, add potatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix Add 1 cup water. Add red chilli powder and tomato puree and mix well Add garam masala powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix. Put the lid on the cooker and cook under pressure till 2-3 whistles are given out
