Upma, uppumavu or uppittu is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent cooked as a thick porridge from Dry roasted Semolina or coarse rice flour. Various seasonings and/ vegetables are often added during the cooking, depending on individual preferences. Today it is popular in most parts of India and is prepared in various ways. Gits Upma Breakfast Mix is super simple to make and takes just 5 minutes to get a healthy and tasty meal of hot and nourishing breakfast. Preparation Method Put 1 tablespoon oil/ghee in a pan. Add 400g of grated carrot, coconut and diced tomatoes & green chillies as required and cook for two min. Now pour 1ltr of water and when it starts boiling and 400g of Sankalp Upma Mix.
