• Recipe: Boil 500 grams of potatoes. Soak three tablespoons of Bedmi Aloo Masala for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a wok, temper it with cumin seeds. Grind five big tomatoes, with 1/2 inch ginger & two green chillies. Add the tomato paste to the oil, saut well, add coriander, red chilli, turmeric powder & salt to taste. Now add the soaked Bedmi Aloo Masala, saut well. Add the boiled potatoes, saute, add water & let it come to a boil. Garnish with fresh coriander & serve hot.
• Storage Instructions: Refrigerate in an airtight container.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacturing.
