Anarsa or Adhirasam is a traditional Indian sweet prepared specially during festivals like Ganpati and Diwali. It is an absolute delicacy and can be had as a evening snack too. I works great for those post meal sweet cravings as well. With our Instant Anarsa flour, it is super easy to make delicious Anarsa at home. Any dessert is healthier and tastier when made at home. How to make: 1. Take complete anarsa mix from the pack, mix a soft ripened banana in it and knead a soft dough using ghee and milk (1/4 cup milk approximately). The consistency should look like a cookie dough 2. Spread some khaskhas on a plate and spread a small portion of dough evenly on it. (The shape and size should be of a small puri) 3. Take ghee in a pan and heat it adequately 4. Fry the anarsa in ghee till it turns crispy and golden brown. Your anarsas are ready to be served!!
