To 1 Liter of milk, add contents of packet (Agar Agar 7g), and Sugar, Flavor or Color (as per your taste) Allow the mixture to boil for 3 - 5 minutes, till Agar dissolves fully Pour the mixture into molds / dishes / bowls and allow it to set. Chill it in the refrigerator to enjoy it cold. Sprinkle dry fruits, crushed nuts /almonds /walnuts /raisin (kishmish), fresh fruit or pulp. Alternatively, you can spread it on a flat plate (thali) and cut it into squares after setting. Note : Highly acidic fruits like citrus, strawberries, kiwis affect Agars gelling ability. Certain fruits like pineapple, fresh figs, papaya, mango, peaches, & foods as chocolate & spinach contain enzymes which also prohibit gelling effect of Agar.
