- :Mustard (Sarson) Raw Honey is a white/off-white, thick, crystallised honey from the vast mustard fields in the north of India. The flavour is complex, sharp and is the sweetest of all honey varieties in our collection.
- : Mustard raw honey is extracted from the supers and is strained through a sieve to separate debris and then bottled. You may find tiny specks in your honey and that would be pollen and a tiny bits of honeycomb debris. This is an indication that your honey isn't subjected to filtration or heat.
- :Raw Mustard honey is available only in crystallised form as it is nutritionally alive. As its natural glucose levels is higher than fructose levels, the glucose in the raw honey converts to crystals within a few days of extraction.The consistency of crystallised raw Mustard honey is like semi solid ghee. You may receive either fully crystallised honey or partly dissolved honey where the liquid honey forms a layer on top of crystallised honey due to transport time
- : Consumption of Raw Mustard honey is considered excellent for skin, particularly dry skin. Ensure your skin is clean, apply a thin layer and wash off after 20 mins with lukewarm water, Its antioxidant properties are said to help deal with free radicals and is an excellent source of energy.
- :Keep your mustard honey refrigerated as this honey is particularly sensitive to warm environments. Use a dry dipper or spoon to scoop the honey and screw the cap back on tight. Do not use direct heat on the honey as that will destroy the healthy goodness of raw honey. Use the honey like a spread.
